Selli Green Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to uplifting communities through sustainable development, quality education, child welfare, and environmental conservation. Based in Tamil Nadu, India, our mission is to create lasting impact in the lives of underserved populations by addressing the root causes of poverty and ecological degradation.Our work spans local villages and extends globally, with a strong focus on supporting rural artisans through the promotion of bamboo, palm, and organic products.Through community-driven programs, we address social inequalities, reduce plastic pollution, and foster skill development among youth and women. Our initiatives are designed to be sustainable and long-lasting, focusing on holistic growth that benefits both people and the planet. Why We Exist

Selli Green Foundation exists to bridge the gap between opportunity and need in underserved communities. We recognize that millions of children lack access to quality education, rural artisans struggle for sustainable livelihoods, and the environment faces unprecedented challenges. Rural Development

We empower rural communities through sustainable development, skill training, and improved infrastructure. Our focus is on creating self-reliant villages with better livelihoods, education, and living standards.

Childcare & Protection

Every child deserves a safe and healthy childhood. We run initiatives to provide nutritious meals, early childhood education, healthcare, and shelter for vulnerable and orphaned children.

Education

We support rural schools with learning materials, digital tools, teacher training, and scholarships. Our after-school programs and mobile learning units bring education to the doorsteps of underprivileged children.

Environment Protection

From planting trees to promoting organic farming and plastic-free villages, we lead campaigns that engage communities in climate action and environmental stewardship.

Our Plan

All donations will go to support 3 main problems: food, education, health. Our project is working with troubled kids. More than 5 years and we’ve achieved great successes.

Upcoming Projects

As Selli Green Foundation grows, we recognize several pressing challenges ahead that require urgent attention:

Education Gaps Many children, especially in remote and rural areas, still lack access to quality education and digital learning tools. Bridging this divide remains a critical need. Plastic Pollution Despite awareness, single-use plastics continue to harm ecosystems, demanding stronger community engagement and sustainable alternatives. Rural Livelihoods Economic instability and limited market access threaten the livelihoods of rural artisans and farmers, especially women, making sustainable income opportunities essential. Climate Impact Increasing environmental degradation and climate change effects pose risks to vulnerable communities relying on natural resources. Digital Divide in Rural Communities Many rural children and youth lack access to digital tools and internet connectivity, limiting their education and opportunities. At Selli Green Foundation, we strive to bridge this gap through digital learning centers and tech-based training programs, ensuring no one is left behind in the digital age.
